Austenitic stainless steel seamless pipes maintain a stable austenitic structure at room temperature, primarily composed of 18% chromium (Cr), over 8% nickel (Ni), and approximately 0.1% carbon (C). This alloy combination delivers high corrosion resistance, excellent cold workability, toughness, plasticity, weldability, and non-magnetic properties. Despite superior toughness and plasticity, its strength is relatively low and cannot be enhanced through phase transformation, relying primarily on cold working to increase strength. Adding elements such as sulfur (S), calcium (Ca), selenium (Se), and tellurium (Te) significantly improves machinability. As a cornerstone of modern engineering and industrial applications, austenitic stainless steel seamless tubes demonstrate their critical and irreplaceable role across sectors like oil and gas, chemical processing, and construction. Their exceptional corrosion resistance and versatility make them widely used in heat exchangers, non-magnetic condensers, evaporators, and fluid conveyance systems.

These advantages enable them to deliver exceptional performance in resisting localized corrosion in harsh media and in process manufacturing, making them particularly suitable for industrial applications with more severe operating conditions and stronger corrosive environments—demands that conventional austenitic stainless steel seamless pipes struggle to meet. Specifically, super austenitic stainless steel seamless pipes are extensively used in petrochemical environments handling media such as acetic acid, formic acid, terephthalic acid, and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). They are also employed in inorganic chemical processes involving sulfuric acid, ferrous sulfate, soda ash, and phosphoric acid, as well as in crude oil refining for desalting and vacuum distillation. Additionally, it demonstrates outstanding performance in supercritical boiler components like superheaters, reheaters, and final reheaters.
